Before dinner, mix the following in glass of warm water
- 1 tsp Psyllium husk ( Many brands available)
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed ( available at Pharmacies in General Nutrition Section)
- ¼ tsp triphala powder (ayurvedic medicine) or 2-3 tablets.
Have a very light dinner if you start feeling full.
You can cut on dinner and need not overstuff your belly.
Follow this regimen for three months.
Check to find your cholesterol levels will be reduced drastically.
